We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to sell your Pokémon cards directly to Boutique Holo. Please read the following instructions carefully before submitting your Buylist to ensure a fast and efficient process.
By submitting a Buylist, you agree to all of the terms and conditions outlined below:
- All cards must be in Near Mint condition or better. View the guide
- Boutique Holo reserves the right to reassess the condition of all submitted cards.
- Cards that do not meet the Near Mint condition requirement may be returned or downgraded accordingly.
- PSA 8 and PSA 9 graded cards are purchased at the same price as Near Mint cards.
- Submitted cards must exactly match the accepted Buylist.
- Cards not listed on the submitted Buylist are subject to return shipping at the sender's expense.
- The sender is responsible for all shipping costs.
- Cards must be packaged securely.
- Shipments must be sent exclusively through Canada Post .
- Boutique Holo strongly recommends using a tracked shipping service.
- Boutique Holo is not responsible for shipments lost or damaged during transit.
- After your Buylist has been accepted, it must be received by Boutique Holo within a maximum of seven (7) business days. After this period, Boutique Holo reserves the right to re-evaluate the buy prices or cancel the transaction.
- Boutique Holo will process the Buylist within a maximum of 48 business hours after receiving it.

Once your Buylist has been processed:
- If Cash was selected as the payment method, payment will be issued by Interac e-Transfer.
- If Store Credit was selected, a virtual gift card will be issued.
- No payment will be issued until the Buylist has been fully processed.
